Shipping Time

Items in stock ordered before 15:00, Greenwich Time, are usually shipped within 3-5 days. We normally ship worldwide via Expedited International Air Mail. Shipment will have an associated tracking number.

If the number of days to ship is expected to be significantly longer than this “usual days to ship” figure our policy is to call or e-mail you about the delay. If time is critical to your needs, and you must be sure the item is in stock and can be shipped to meet your deadline requirements, we suggest you email us directly to confirm the essential details, rather than ordering online.

Once the item has been shipped, time in transit to reach you is usually 10-14 days. We ship Monday through Saturday.

Shipping Costs

It is not Octavia Maps’ policy to profit from shipping and packaging charges. On shipments where "free shipping" is not selected, we charge the actual cost of transportation quoted by a carrier, plus $2.00 to cover packaging materials and labor.
